Fresh Ginger Tea
Fresh ginger relieves nausea, vomiting, morning sickness, menstrual cramps, suppressed menstruation, bronchitis, body aches, stops coughing, spasms, flu symptoms without fever (wind-cold), and “cold stomach”.
You can purchase fresh organic ginger at the grocery store. I’ve also found a great deal at Costco!

Ingredients
1 inch Fresh Ginger, peeled
8 oz Hot Water
Preparations
Cut 1 inch long knob of fresh ginger.
Peel and slice ginger and add to tea cup.
Boil water and add to tea cup.
Let steep for 5-10 minutes.
