Dried Ginger Tea
Dried ginger aids digestion by warming the stomach and intestines, brings warmth to cold limbs and cold abdomen, aids bloating, decreases abdominal cramping due to cold (like ice cream!/ cold/raw food diets), and clears phlegm in throat and lungs.
Women who experience heavy menstrual periods, spotting, periods with pale blood and/ or light flow will benefit from dried ginger.
You can purchase organic dried ginger as a tea bag at most stores or purchase loose dried ginger at Natural Grocers or Mountain Rose Herbs.
